All India Institute of Ayurveda: AIIA, was conceived as an Apex Institute for Ayurveda. It aims at bringing a synergy between Traditional Wisdom of Ayurveda and Modern tools and technology. IPGT & RA Institute for Post graduation Training & Research in Ayurveda, was established by Govt. of India in 1953, for global propogation of Ayurveda. National Institute of Ayurveda: NIA was established on 7th February 1976, by the- Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
