Sushruta samhita also explains few exemplary topics such as srushti utpatti (origin os creation), shatkriya kaala (six stages of diseasses when treatment should be done), Yantras and sastras, shashti upakramas( 60 procedures to heal any wound), types of fracture, seiving wounds, surgical procedures, dislocations, bandaging etc. which are not detailed in any other samhitas in the way that sushruta has done. ontributions of sushruta to the system of Ayurveda is immense, and remarkable over other similar texts.
